Refund policy

At SELLSPIKE, we value customer satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience smooth and worry-free. Please review the following policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of payment if processing or shipment has not yet begun.
Once your order enters processing or has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
A small processing fee (6.9% + $1) applies to all approved cancellations to cover transaction and administrative costs.

2. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase or 14 days from delivery (whichever is later).
To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • Returned with all tags, labels, and original packaging intact

Note: Return requests must be authorized by our support team before the item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
To initiate a return, please contact service@temshz11.sellspike.es with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

4. Refunds

Refunds are available under the following circumstances:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or does not match your order.

  • The order fails to arrive within the guaranteed delivery timeframe.

  • Valid proof (photos or videos) is provided for review.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method once the returned item is inspected and approved. Please allow 1–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will offer a free replacement or full refund depending on your preference.
If the incorrect address was provided by the customer, reshipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items damaged due to customer misuse or negligence

  • Orders delayed by customs clearance or delivery refusal

  • Custom or special-order items, unless defective

  • Unauthorized returns or packages refused upon delivery

7. Lost or Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned due to an incomplete address or failure to claim, we are not responsible for replacement or refund unless the issue was caused by our error.
